Elevate your salad with a variety of vibrant witlof.
Ingredients:
  • 3 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated, washed, dried
  • 4 yellow witlof, bases trimmed, leaves separated
  • 4 red witlof, bases trimmed, leaves separated
  • 85g (1/3 cup) sour cream
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 42.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine the cos and witlof leaves in a large bowl, gently tossing them together.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve right away.
