Tangy side salad with crisp cos lettuce.
Ingredients:
  • 60ml olive oil
  • 5.90 gm Dijon mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 baby cos lettuce
Instructions:
  • In a screw-top jar, blend oil, vinegar, mustard, and garlic by shaking vigorously until well mixed.
  • Cut the cos lettuce into 6 wedges and arrange them on a platter. Drizzle with vinaigrette before serving.
