Indulgent chocolate-dipped figs with hazelnuts for a delectable and decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 200g good-quality 70% dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 220g chocolate
  • 150g hazelnuts
  • About 18 small fresh figs
Instructions:
  • Melt chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn't touch the water. Stir until smooth. Take off heat and mix in hazelnut spread until combined.
  • 1. Place nuts on a plate. Dip figs into chocolate, covering two-thirds of each fig. Roll in hazelnuts.
  • Place on a tray lined with baking paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until firm. Serve when ready.
