Bacon and egg pies

Elevate your breakfast with delicious bacon and egg pies!
Ingredients:
  • 200g packet Brand streaky bacon
  • 6 free range eggs
  • 80ml milk
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 60g tasty cheese
  • 62.50 ml basil, chopped
  • 4 Perino tomatoes, halved
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
  • Perino tomatoes, extra, to serve
  • Coles Bakery Pane di casa bread, sliced, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200C. Grease the 4 holes of a 1 cup (250ml) Texas muffin pan, then line the base and sides of each hole with 2 bacon rashers, cutting to fit.
  • In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, garlic, cheddar, basil, and season. Divide mixture and top with tomato. Bake for 20 mins until set. Cool in pan for 5 mins, then carefully remove pies. Serve with salad, extra tomatoes, and bread.
