Try this delicious bacon and Swiss cheese pie made with baking mix and eggs. Perfect for any meal of the day!
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 0.33333334326744 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup baking mix
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) and grease a 10-inch glass pie plate.
  • Cook the bacon strips in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally until evenly browned, for approximately 10 minutes. Then, pat dry on paper towels and crumble.
  • Evenly scatter crumbled bacon, cheese, and onion over the bottom of the prepared pie plate.
  • Whisk together milk, eggs, baking mix, and pepper in a bowl until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pie plate.
  • Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, typically 35 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven.
