Irresistible turkey bacon bites coated in sweet honey-mustard marinade and topped with tangy mustard-cranberry sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 1 small turkey breast tenderloin (1/2 to 3/4 pound), cut into 1/2- to 3/4-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard dressing
  • 8 to 10 slices bacon, cut crosswise into thirds
Instructions:
  • Combine cranberry sauce, dressing, and mustard in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth and well combined. Let cool, then sprinkle with chives before serving. Enjoy warm or cold.
  • Combine turkey and honey mustard dressing in a shallow bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
  • Take the turkey out of the marinade and discard the marinade. Wrap each turkey piece with a piece of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. Place the bacon-wrapped turkey pieces on an ungreased broiler pan rack.
  • Broil the turkey 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 8 to 12 minutes, flipping once, until fully cooked and the bacon is crispy. Serve with sauce.
