Indulgent blend of garlic, anchovies, and sardines makes a decadent Italian dip or spread. Perfect for bread or appetizers.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups vegetable oil
  • 0.75 cup minced garlic
  • 4 (2 ounce) cans anchovy fillets packed in olive oil, drained
  • 3 (4 ounce) cans sardines packed in olive oil, drained
  • 1 cup butter
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium heat, warm canola oil. Add garlic and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Mix in butter, anchovies, and sardines, stirring until well blended for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.
