Savory Italian garlic-anchovy sauce, perfect for dipping bread and veggies. Creamy and flavorful, guaranteed to be a hit!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 (2 ounce) cans anchovy fillets, drained
  • 1 pint heavy cream
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until tender. Reduce heat to low, then stir in anchovy filets and heavy cream. Continue cooking and stirring until thickened. Remove from heat, cover, and refrigerate for about 2 hours until chilled.
  • Return the mixture to medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it bubbles. Serve hot.
