Indulgent Baileys-infused chocolate truffles are a perfect Christmas gift idea.
Ingredients:
  • 375g malt biscuits
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 32.50 gm cocoa powder, sifted
  • 40.40 gm Irish Cream
  • 85.00 gm desiccated coconut
  • 125.00 ml chocolate sprinkles
Instructions:
  • Place the biscuits in a food processor and pulse until they are finely crumbled. Transfer the crumbs to a large bowl.
  • Combine sweetened condensed milk, cocoa, Baileys, and half of the coconut, stirring until fully mixed. Chill for 30 minutes until the mixture is firm. Roll into balls using 2 level teaspoons of the chocolate mixture at a time.
  • Line a tray with paper cases. Spread half of the coconut on a shallow dish and the sprinkles on another shallow dish. Coat half of the balls with coconut and the remaining balls with sprinkles. Place them in the paper cases and refrigerate until firm.
  • Pack the mixture into gift boxes right before giving them away.
