Delicious and simple jaffle, ideal for a hearty breakfast. Enjoy with a side of fried egg.
Ingredients:
  • 20g butter, softened
  • 4 slices white bread
  • 4 slices Made Thin Sliced Streaky Bacon
  • 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
  • 82.50 ml baked beans
  • Sriracha chilli sauce, to drizzle
Instructions:
  • Turn on the jaffle maker to get it nice and hot.
  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Place one slice of bacon diagonally in each jaffle maker hole. Top with a slice of bread, buttered side down. Layer avocado and beans, then drizzle with sriracha. Place remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up to create sandwiches.
  • Sprinkle leftover bacon on top of the jaffle. Close the lid and cook until golden, about 4 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
