Baked bean dip with vegie sticks

Versatile snack perfect for school days!
Ingredients:
  • 50g green beans
  • 220g can salt-reduced baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 40.00 ml plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 celery stalks, trimmed, cut into sticks
  • 1 large carrot, peeled, cut into sticks
  • 1 large red capsicum, cut into sticks
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a pot of water. Add green beans and cook for 3 minutes until tender. Drain and cool in a bowl of ice water.
  • Blend baked beans in a food processor until creamy. Transfer to a bowl, mix in yogurt, and garnish with parsley. Enjoy with fresh veggie sticks and green beans.
