Bake frozen wings until crispy, coat in hot sauce, and enjoy a delicious game day snack.
Ingredients:
  • 5 pounds frozen chicken wings
  • 2 cups hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) while placing frozen chicken wings in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, then flip wings and cook for an additional 20 minutes until crispy, fully cooked, and reaching an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, blend hot sauce, butter, and vinegar until butter melts, about 5 minutes. Whisk in flour until sauce is smooth. Continue cooking and stirring until sauce thickens, about 5 more minutes.
  • After draining grease from the chicken wings, let them stand for 5 minutes. Transfer the wings to a large bowl and toss with sauce to coat.
