Easy oven-baked pancakes: quick breakfast with simple batter baked in pie dish, served warm, dusted with sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Place the butter in a 9-inch pie dish and let it melt in the preheated oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Combine flour, milk, eggs, white sugar, and salt in a bowl, then pour the mixture into hot melted butter in the dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-24 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Drizzle pancakes with fresh lemon juice and dust with powdered sugar; serve while still warm.
