One-pan pancakes and sausage ready together for a delicious meal, served hot with butter and syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound pork sausage links
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 5 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons shortening, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and generously grease a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan.
  • Brown sausages in a skillet over medium-high heat until perfectly cooked. Drain on paper towels.
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, white sugar, and salt by sifting; set aside.
  • In a big mixing bowl, whip eggs until fluffy. Combine milk and shortening; blend until smooth. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Pour into the jelly roll pan and place sausages on top.
  • Bake until pancakes are golden brown and fully cooked, 15 minutes. Cut into 10 pieces, serve hot with butter and syrup.
