Satisfy your cravings with this simple McGriddle casserole, a delightful blend of pancake mix, bacon, and sausage baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups complete (“just add water”) pancake mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup, plus more for serving
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 6 slices cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons softened butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble the sausage in the skillet for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and discard grease. Allow the sausage to cool slightly.
  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crispy and evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Place on paper towels to drain and crumble once cooled.
  • Combine pancake mix with water until fully mixed. Incorporate maple syrup, followed by sausage, bacon, and cheese, and gently fold mixture until combined. Transfer the mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until the casserole is lightly browned and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Top the steaming casserole with a generous layer of butter and drizzle with additional syrup to taste before serving.
