Easy no-bake cherries in the snow dessert: creamy, fluffy mix of cake and pudding with cream cheese and whipped topping.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) angel food cake
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix together cherry pie filling, sugar, and flour. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Let it boil for 5 minutes. Take off the heat and let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into a 9x12-inch glass dish.
  • Sprinkle crumbled angel food cake on top of the cream cheese mixture, then spread the remaining mixture over the cake and top with the cherry mixture.
  • Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 5 hours.
