Elevate your pancakes with tangy sourdough starter, paired perfectly with fresh fruit, yogurt, and sweet syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 200 g mature sourdough starter
  • 2 large free-range eggs
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 100 g self-raising flour
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, combine the sourdough starter, cracked eggs, milk, flour, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix thoroughly until you get a thick, pourable batter. Heat a non-stick pan with oil, then ladle the batter to make individual pancakes. Cook each side until golden, then transfer to a plate. Serve warm with yogurt and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
