Elevate this comforting dish with nutritious corn and peas.
Ingredients:
  • 300g dried spiral pasta
  • 250g frozen spinach, thawed
  • 150g sliced ham, coarsely chopped
  • 1 x 130g can corn kernels, drained
  • 150g (1 cup) frozen peas, thawed
  • 140g (1 1/3 cups) four cheese blend
  • 3 eggs
  • 185ml (3/4 cup) thickened cream
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange four 375ml (1 1/2-cup) ovenproof dishes on 2 baking trays. Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly. Squeeze excess liquid from spinach using your hands. In a large bowl, mix together the pasta, spinach, ham, corn, peas, and 80g (1 cup) of COON Pasta Cheese.
  • Whisk eggs and cream together using a balloon whisk in a large bowl. Pour mixture into pasta and gently stir until combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into the prepared dishes.
  • Generously sprinkle the remaining cheese over the pasta bakes, bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown. Serve them warm and enjoy.
