Cheesy baked fettuccine pasta with creamy sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package dry fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 0.5 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a medium casserole dish.
  • 1. Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes; then drain.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion until tender. Add fettuccine, heavy cream, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup Romano cheese, salt, and pepper. Transfer to a dish. In a bowl, combine remaining Parmesan, Romano, and mozzarella. Sprinkle over the fettuccine mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes in the oven until bubbly and golden brown.
