Tender salmon with a delicious honey-miso marinade for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon yellow miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 (4 ounce) fillet salmon
Instructions:
  • Combine rice wine and miso in a container, gently mix, then add honey and stir until mostly smooth with a few lumps. Place salmon in the mixture, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Flip and refrigerate for another 2 hours before cooking.
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 255 degrees F (124 degrees C).
  • Take the salmon out of the marinade, letting any excess drip off. Dispose of the leftover marinade and lay the fish on a sturdy piece of aluminum foil.
  • Cook in the preheated oven until the fish easily flakes with a fork and edges are slightly charred, for 15 to 20 minutes.
