Quick and easy baked chicken breasts glazed in tangy-sweet honey mustard with dried herbs.
Ingredients:
  • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 cup prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper, then transfer them to the prepared baking dish.
  • Mix honey, mustard, basil, paprika, and parsley in a small bowl until well combined. Drizzle half of the honey mustard mixture over the chicken and brush to evenly coat.
  • Roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Flip chicken pieces and baste with the rest of the honey mustard mixture. Roast until chicken is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes longer. Ensure it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) using an instant-read thermometer.
  • Allow the dish to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
