Baked Honey-Mustard Chex Chicken Fingers

Elevate chicken fingers with Corn Chex coating and a delicious honey mustard dip for a crunchy, kid-friendly meal option.
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups Corn Chex™ cereal
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  • Crush cereal in a plastic bag using a rolling pin, then transfer it to a wide shallow dish. In another dish, combine mayonnaise, 1/2 cup honey, and 1/3 cup mustard.
  • Coat chicken strips in creamy mayonnaise blend, then coat with crushed cereal; arrange on baking sheets with even spacing.
  • Bake each sheet individually for approximately 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy. Once done, take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  • Combine 2 tablespoons of honey with 2 tablespoons of mustard until well mixed.
  • Present the chicken alongside a delectable sauce perfect for dipping.
