Tender chicken thighs baked in a delicious blend of tangy mustard, sweet honey, fresh tarragon, and zesty ginger.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup grainy mustard
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated ginger root
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs, trimmed of excess fat
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together Dijon mustard, grainy mustard, honey, soy sauce, tarragon, and ginger.
  • Prepare chicken thighs by rinsing them under cold water to ensure they are clean, then pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Coat chicken thighs by tossing them in the bowl.
  • Place the thighs in a baking pan and generously spoon the sauce over them.
  • Roast in the oven until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear, approximately 45 minutes. Ensure an instant-read thermometer inserted in the center registers at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
  • Ladle the delicious sauce from the pan onto the chicken thighs right before serving.
