Elevate chicken thighs with smoky honey-mustard sauce in the air fryer for a flavorful twist on a classic meal!
Ingredients:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Olive oil spray
Instructions:
  • If advised by the manufacturer, preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (198 degrees C. Pat dry the chicken thighs using paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, blend onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add honey and Dijon mustard, and mix well.
  • Spray one side of the chicken thighs with olive oil spray and place them in the air fryer in a single layer, oil side down. Brush the tops of the chicken thighs with the sauce for added flavor.
  • Cook in the air fryer at 390 degrees F (198 degrees C) for 8 minutes.
  • Turn the chicken thighs with precision and generously brush with the remaining flavorful sauce. Air fry until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), as measured with an instant-read thermometer, for an additional 6 to 8 minutes. Serve while still warm.
