Crispy Ranch Air Fryer Nuggets

Crispy, flavorful air-fried chicken nuggets - healthier than deep-fried. Perfect with zesty ranch, honey mustard, or spicy chipotle mayo dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound chicken tenders, cut into 1.5 to 2-inch pieces
  • 1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 serving olive oil cooking spray
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, coat the chicken with ranch seasoning and mix well. Allow to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  • Put flour in a resealable bag. Crack egg into a small bowl and spread panko bread crumbs on a plate. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  • Coat chicken in the bag with a flavorful mix. Dip chicken in egg, letting excess drip off. Roll chicken in panko, pressing crumbs onto the chicken.
  • Coat the air fryer basket with oil spray, then arrange the chicken pieces without overlapping. You might need to cook in two batches, depending on your air fryer's size. Give the chicken a gentle mist of cooking spray before cooking.
  • Cook the chicken for 4 minutes. Flip the chicken pieces and continue cooking until fully cooked and no longer pink inside, approximately 4 more minutes. Serve promptly.
