Air-fried ranch cream cheese stuffed olives with a crispy bread crumb coating, ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (5.75 ounce) can jumbo pitted black olives, drained
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 serving nonstick cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat your air fryer to a sizzling 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Combine cream cheese and ranch powder in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Transfer the mixture into a resealable plastic bag, cut off a small corner, then neatly fill the olives by piping the cheese mixture into them.
  • In separate bowls, place flour, egg, and bread crumbs. Coat olives in flour, then egg, back in flour, back in egg, and finally in bread crumbs. Transfer olives to the air fryer basket and spray the tops with cooking spray.
  • Cook in the preheated air fryer for 8 minutes, shaking halfway to ensure even cooking.
