Air Fryer Buffalo-Ranch Potato Wedges

Spicy potato wedges with cayenne ranch dressing for a flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 medium Russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 0.25 cup cayenne pepper sauce (such as Frank's® RedHot®)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss together potatoes, pepper sauce, olive oil, ranch dressing mix, and salt until potatoes are fully coated.
  • Arrange 8 potato wedges in the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes. Toss the wedges in sauce using tongs, then place them back in the basket and air fry for an additional 10 minutes, shaking halfway through. Repeat with the remaining 8 potato wedges.
