Try quick and easy Air Fryer Buffalo Chicken Totchos made with rotisserie chicken, salsa, and Tater Tots® for a delicious twist on classic nachos!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (30 ounce) package frozen bite-size potato nuggets (such as Tater Tots®)
  • 0.5 pound rotisserie chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo wing sauce, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 2 minutes.
  • Add the potato nuggets to the air fryer basket and cook until crispy, shaking the basket frequently for about 12 minutes. You may need to cook them in batches.
  • Plate the potato nuggets and top each serving with a generous portion of chicken, melted Cheddar cheese, and zesty salsa.
  • Combine the ranch and buffalo sauce in a bowl, then drizzle over totchos. Finish by topping with cayenne pepper and cilantro for a burst of flavor.
