Crispy air fryer chicken wings drenched in spicy homemade Buffalo sauce for a guilt-free treat!
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 pounds chicken wings
  • 0.66666668653488 cup cayenne pepper sauce
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  • In a large bowl, coat the wings evenly by drizzling oil over them and massaging them. Place half of the coated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Place marinated wings in the preheated air fryer and cook for 25 minutes until crispy and golden brown. Use tongs to flip the wings halfway through cooking and continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes. Transfer the cooked wings to a large bowl, cover to keep warm, and repeat with the remaining wings.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix together hot pepper sauce, butter, vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir occasionally and keep it warm until the wings are ready.
  • Coat cooked wings by generously pouring the sauce over them and tossing until fully coated.
