Succulent herb-seasoned chicken wings cooked to perfection in an air fryer, a low-carb crowd pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cooking spray (such as Pam®)
  • 8 chicken wings
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer as per manufacturer's instructions to 390°F (200°C) and then lightly coat the basket with cooking spray.
  • First, cleanse the chicken wings and gently dry them. Combine black pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, herbes de Provence, and kosher salt in a bowl. Season both sides of the wings with the mixture.
  • Arrange the wings in the fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Fry until beautifully golden and fully cooked, about 9 minutes per side.
