Air fryer salmon fillets recipe

"Crispy herb-crusted air fryer salmon - a quick, nutritious twist on a classic favorite using leftover bread and fresh herbs."
Ingredients:
  • 1 slice day-old bread
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill, plus extra, to serve
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 (about 180g each) skinless salmon fillets
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, pulse the bread until it turns into fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and mix in the butter, dill, and chives. Season the mixture, then press it over the top of each salmon fillet. Enjoy!
  • Place the herb-crusted salmon in the basket and cook at 180°C for 4 minutes, or until cooked to your liking. Drizzle with oil and serve with lemon wedges and fresh dill.
