"Air-fry a single serving salmon fillet for a speedy and delicious meal."
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi
  • 1 (6 ounce) salmon fillet
  • 0.25 teaspoon seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon smoked paprika, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare a small baking pan that fits in your air fryer by lining it with aluminum foil and coating it with cooking spray.
  • In a spacious glass or ceramic bowl, mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, and wasabi. Place the salmon in the bowl and cover gently with plastic wrap. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place the salmon in the baking pan and generously coat it with the flavorful sauce. Finish with a sprinkle of seafood seasoning and paprika for a burst of savory goodness.
  • Air fry the fish in the preheated air fryer, basting frequently with pan juices, until it easily flakes with a fork, for 20 to 25 minutes.
