Try this crispy Korean glazed chicken in the air fryer for a flavor-packed Taco Tuesday twist that will be a hit!
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 300g packet Taste Meal Kit Korean Sticky Chicken
  • 500g chicken thigh fillets, trimmed, cut into 5cm pieces
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
  • 250g packet qukes (baby cucumbers), sliced
  • 10 small flour tortillas, warmed
  • Kewpie Mayonnaise, to serve
Instructions:
  • Crack the egg into a bowl. Lay out the meal kit chicken seasoning on a plate. Coat the chicken by dipping first in the egg and then in the seasoning mix, pressing gently for a thorough coating. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
  • Lightly oil the air fryer basket. Arrange half of the chicken in the basket and lightly coat with oil. Air-fry at 180C, flipping halfway, for 10 minutes or until fully cooked. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, heat the meal kit sauce on high for 1 minute or until warmed through.
  • Combine the chicken with the sauce in the bowl until evenly coated. Fill the warm tortillas with lettuce, cucumber, and the saucy chicken mixture. Finish with a drizzle of mayonnaise before serving.
