Spicy-sweet seasoning blend of steak seasoning, brown sugar, coriander, cumin, and cayenne coats air-fried salmon fillets for a delicious and effortless meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons grill seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 pounds salmon fillets, skin on
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C) on the fish setting for 2 minutes.
  • Mix together the steak seasoning, brown sugar, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Season each salmon fillet with roughly 2 teaspoons of the mixture (add more to taste). Arrange the salmon fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook the salmon in batches in the air fryer until easily flaked with a fork, which takes about 18 minutes. Then transfer the cooked salmon to a plate and keep warm in the oven set to the lowest temperature. Repeat with the remaining salmon fillets and serve immediately.
