Air fried salmon with maple bourbon glaze and a touch of Sriracha for a perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets frozen salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.33333334326744 cup bourbon
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • Season salmon fillets with a pinch of salt and pepper before placing them in the air fryer basket.
  • Air-fry for 6 minutes, or 8 minutes for thicker fillets until perfectly cooked.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until bubbly. Add bourbon, maple syrup, Sriracha, and salt, stir until smooth. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until glaze thickens.
  • Coat salmon fillets with glaze using a silicone brush. Reduce air fryer temperature to 370 degrees F (187 degrees C) and air-fry for 6 minutes, or 8 minutes for thicker fillets.
