Easy, flavorful air fryer lemon-garlic salmon with buttery goodness. Use 1-inch thick center-cut fillets for perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 (6 ounce) fillets center-cut salmon fillets with skin
  • 0.25 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 0.125 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 3 thin slices lemon, cut in half
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to a perfect 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix together the fragrant minced garlic with the rich, melted butter in a small bowl.
  • After washing the salmon fillets and patting them dry, coat them with a luscious butter mixture, then generously sprinkle with zesty lemon-pepper seasoning and fresh parsley.
  • Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add salmon fillets to the basket, skin-side down, and top each with 3 lemon halves.
  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, then rest for 2 minutes before serving.
