Air fry succulent lobster tails, then drizzle with lemon garlic butter for a quick, gourmet meal for two in 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (4 ounce) lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 wedges lemon
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, carefully butterfly lobster tails by cutting lengthwise through the hard top shells and meat, stopping before reaching the bottoms of the shells. Gently spread the tail halves apart and arrange them in the air fryer basket with the lobster meat facing upwards.
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter until it sizzles gently. Stir in fresh lemon zest and minced garlic, allowing the mixture to become aromatic for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Brush lobster tails with 2 tablespoons of butter mixture, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Air-fry until lobster meat turns opaque, about 5-7 minutes in the preheated air fryer.
  • Drizzle lobster meat with the butter from the saucepan, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and garnish with lemon wedges before serving.
