Air fried lamb chops with garlic herb butter topping - easy, crispy, and flavorful while being less fatty than traditional pan frying.
Ingredients:
  • 125g Salted Butter, chopped, at room temperature
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 8 lamb loin chops
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, mash the butter using a fork. Stir in the garlic and rosemary until well combined. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of baking paper and shape into a 12cm long log. Wrap the log in the paper and refrigerate until firm. Slice into 12 pieces before serving.
  • 1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C for 5 minutes. Lightly oil the lamb chops. Season them. Place in a single layer at the bottom of the air fryer basket. Air-fry for 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Add half a slice of garlic butter on top of each chop. Close the air fryer for 1 minute to allow the butter to melt (do not start the air fryer).
