Air fryer crumpet garlic bread recipe

Quick and easy cheesy garlic crumpet in the air fryer, with extra garlic butter oozing out of every hole for a perfectly gooey treat.
Ingredients:
  • 150g salted butter, at room temperature
  • 62.50 ml finely chopped fresh continental parsley
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2.40 gm sea salt flakes
  • 300g pkt crumpets, halved
  • 100g (1 cup) pre-grated 3 cheese blend
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together butter, parsley, garlic, and salt. Spread generous spoonfuls of the mixture over each crumpet half. Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese over half of the crumpet halves.
  • Create half-moon crumpet sandwiches by arranging the remaining halves over the cheese. Place the sandwiches, cut side down, in an air fryer basket lined with foil and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  • Air fry at 180C for 8 minutes until perfectly golden and cheese is gooey and melted.
  • Brush the remaining garlic butter over the dish before serving.
