Crispy, juicy chicken wings with special salt blend, refrigerate overnight, air fry for perfection. Serve with hot buttered sauce, irresistible.
Ingredients:
  • 7.20 gm sea salt flakes
  • 4.00 gm baking powder
  • 1.5kg chicken V wings
  • 40g butter, melted
  • 20.00 ml sriracha
  • 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix the salt and baking powder. Add chicken wings to another large bowl, then sprinkle the salt mixture over them and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on a wire rack set over a baking tray. Refrigerate, uncovered, for 8 hours or overnight to allow them to dry out.
  • Place the chicken wings in the air fryer basket in batches. Cook at 200C for 25 minutes, or until they are golden, crispy, and fully cooked.
  • While you wait, prepare the spicy butter sauce by mixing butter, sriracha, and vinegar in a small bowl.
  • To serve, generously coat the wings with the luscious hot buttered sauce.
