Indulge in crispy and tender Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower, bursting with bold flavors from zesty buffalo sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large head cauliflower, broken into 1-inch florets
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • Non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional:
  • Blue cheese sauce , for dipping
  • Fresh carrots and celery, on the side
Instructions:
  • Trim the green stems of the cauliflower head and break or cut it into 1-inch florets, starting from the base and working towards the center.
  • Prepare the egg wash by whisking 2 eggs with 1/4 cup of water in a large bowl. Dip the florets into the egg mixture using a slotted spoon to ensure even coating. Transfer the coated florets to the breadcrumbs and toss to coat them evenly.
  • Air fry the breaded cauliflower by spraying the basket with nonstick spray, arranging the florets in a single layer without overcrowding, and cooking at 350 ̊F for 7 minutes on each side. Transfer to a platter and repeat as needed until all cauliflower is cooked.
  • Prepare the buffalo sauce by mixing hot sauce, melted butter, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  • Dip each piece of breaded and fried cauliflower in a light coating of sauce. Place them back in the air fryer to crisp up for 4 minutes. Transfer to a platter and continue with the remaining florets.
  • Enjoy the warm cauliflower florets topped with creamy blue cheese sauce, a drizzle of zesty buffalo sauce, and a side of fresh vegetables.
