Crispy, tender Buffalo cauliflower florets - perfect veggie app with dip.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's®)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 (2 pound) cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as LAWRY'S®)
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • drizzle of buffalo wing sauce (optional)
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together hot sauce, butter, and honey until fully combined. Add cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and paprika until well combined. Sprinkle the flour mixture gradually over the cauliflower florets, tossing until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (195 degrees C) and spray the fryer basket with olive oil spray or line it with parchment paper.
  • Place cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is enough space between them to crisp up properly.
  • Air fry the florets for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally until they are perfectly golden brown and crispy. Make sure they remain tender inside, not mushy. You might need to cook in multiple batches depending on your air fryer size. Cooking time may differ based on your air fryer's make and model.
  • Optionally, lightly coat the cauliflower with buffalo wing sauce after air frying. Serve with a creamy dipping sauce of your choice.
