Easy, zesty Buffalo wings cooked in the air fryer. Enjoy with ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce, or as is!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound chicken wings
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 380°F (190°C).
  • Wash the chicken wings under cold water and gently dry them with a paper towel.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix sea salt, garlic powder, mustard powder, coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Coat each chicken wing with the spice mix and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry the chicken wings for approximately 30 minutes or until the juices run clear and the wings are no longer pink at the bone. Check with an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature near the bone reaches 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Adjust cooking time for smaller wings as needed.
