Effortlessly juicy honey-mustard chicken thighs bake while you focus on the rest of your meal.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2.5 pounds bone-in chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to achieve the perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine the Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • Lay chicken thighs on a spacious baking sheet with edges. Coat both sides of the chicken with the flavorful honey mustard mixture.
  • Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, brushing with leftover honey-mustard every 15 minutes. Then, raise the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes until fully cooked. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer—it should read 165°F (74°C) near the bone.
