Elevate lamb meatballs with creamy yogurt, sweet raisins, fresh cilantro, and savory herbs for a simple yet flavorful dish. Bake to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 2 slices bread, torn into small pieces
  • 0.25 cup yogurt
  • 0.25 cup raisins
  • 0.25 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried basil
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine the lamb, bread, yogurt, raisins, cilantro, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into 1-inch balls and arrange on a greased baking sheet.
  • Cook the meatballs in the preheated oven until they are browned on the outside and slightly pink in the center, approximately 20 minutes.
