Garlic butter and lemon baked lobster tails: ready in 15 minutes for a tender, juicy delight!
Ingredients:
  • 8 small lobster tails
  • 0.5 cup salted butter, melted
  • 0.5 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or to taste
  • 0.5 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
  • Collect the ingredients and preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, split lobster tails straight down the middle.
  • Pull the lobster meat through the opening and lay it on top of the shell to butterfly it; place in an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl using a spoon.
  • Sprinkle lobster tails with seafood seasoning and generously drizzle with melted butter mixture until fully coated. Finish by squeezing fresh lemon juice over the top.
  • Bake until shells are vibrant red, meat is opaque, and a thermometer reads between 140 to 145 degrees F (60 to 63 degrees C), about 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
