Garlic, white wine, and thyme baked mushrooms - perfect as a steak or potato topping or as a tasty side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 tablespoons minced onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1.5 tablespoons white wine
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, quartered
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) for perfect baking results.
  • Combine the onion, garlic, thyme, white wine, and olive oil in a large bowl, giving it a good whisk. Add the mushrooms and mix well until they are evenly coated; season with salt and pepper to your liking.
