Baked ricotta with zesty citrus and cinnamon fruit topping is a delightful treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 x 300g pkt frozen Pitted Cherries
  • 1 x 7cm cinnamon stick
  • 45g (1/4 cup) icing sugar mixture
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) Cointreau liqueur
  • 1 x 250g pkt Baked Ricotta
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix cherries, cinnamon, icing sugar, and Cointreau. Let it sit for 1 hour to soak and develop flavors, stirring occasionally.
  • Microwave the ricotta on a plate, covered, on medium power for 1 minute or until warmed.
  • Arrange the ricotta on a serving plate, spoon over a generous amount of the cherry mixture, and serve with the remaining cherry mixture on the side.
