Try crispy homemade taro root chips - a perfect snack or side for any sandwich, with a unique twist!
Ingredients:
  • 1 large taro root, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch disks
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a sizzling 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Arrange taro disks in a shallow dish. Coat evenly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until the tops of the chips are crisp, then flip and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the other side is crisp.
