Transform your view of cauliflower with this festive and extraordinary dish that promises beautiful presentation.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 0.5 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 cup margarine, melted
  • 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch dried oregano
Instructions:
  • Rinse and prepare cauliflower, removing leaves and any imperfections. Steam the whole cauliflower head in a large pot with an inch of water until tender, about 20 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted margarine, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and oregano in a bowl. Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the cauliflower head in a baking dish.
  • Bake until golden brown in the preheated oven, about 10 to 15 minutes.
